Theatre poster, ticket & programme

A range of print material produced for an amateur theatrical production of The Ferryman written by Jez Butterworth.

The play is set in Northern Ireland in 1981, dealing with what happens in the aftermath of the discovery of the body Seamus Carney, last seen by his family ten years earlier.

The photography was designed to evoke the isolation of the main characters and the landscape of rural County Armagh, alongside the Greek myth of Charon the ferryman.

Aesthetically it reflects the tones and faded tints of 1970s imagery, textured to be old and worn.
